13

International Data Processing

Some third-party technology providers used by Zenlogix may process or store information outside India.

Where information is transferred to or processed in another jurisdiction, we seek to use appropriate contractual, technical, organizational, or other safeguards required by applicable law.

The availability and location of international processing may vary depending on the providers and services used by Zenlogix.

For enterprise projects involving specific data-localization or cross-border requirements, clients should discuss those requirements with Zenlogix before project commencement so that appropriate contractual and technical arrangements can be established.

For client projects, specific retention and deletion periods may be established through the applicable contract, statement of work, or data-processing agreement.

15

Accuracy of Information

We seek to maintain information that is reasonably accurate and appropriate for the purpose for which it is processed.

You should provide accurate and current information and notify us if important information changes.

Withdrawal of Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us using the details provided in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

If withdrawal prevents us from providing a particular service, we may explain the consequences to you.

18

Complaints and Grievances

If you believe that your personal data has been processed inappropriately or that Zenlogix has not handled your privacy request appropriately, you may contact us.

We will review the complaint and take reasonable steps to address legitimate concerns in accordance with applicable law.

Zenlogix may provide artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, automation, API, software, and other technology services.

Where personal data is processed through an AI or third-party technology service as part of a client project, the processing should be governed by the applicable project scope, instructions, agreements, and applicable law.

Zenlogix will not intentionally use confidential client information for unrelated purposes merely because that information is available to us during a project.

Where third-party AI services are used, their processing terms, technical configuration, data-retention practices, and applicable contractual controls may also apply.

Clients should inform Zenlogix before providing highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential datasets for AI-related processing so that the appropriate technical and contractual safeguards can be assessed.

Zenlogix does not sell personal information to third parties as a business activity.

We may, however, use authorized technology providers and service providers to process information on our behalf for legitimate business and service purposes.
